My name is Dr. Patrick Archie, and I am looking for a colleague with similar values and practice philosophy to pursue a shared hybrid practice at a rural Pacific Northwestern facility that actually can offer a sustainable work-life balance.
The position to be held by each physician consists of two telehealth clinic days + a half-day of remote admin per week, with quarterly on-site visits 4 weeks per year. Care is to be coordinated with an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner at the same clinic. Participation in weekly tumor board is to ensure that all new cancer patients are treated according to the latest NCCN guidelines.
Through careful patient selection, diligent patient education, and thorough documentation, the objective is to safely and effectively manage an outpatient service for which no overnight call is required.
